The best rum punch we had during our stay was on the ride to the island.
Staff was great and teaching daughters the business.

Sam and his crew are amazing! We booked our transfer from the airport to our hotel in San Pedro. Driver was waiting for us when arrived in Belize city, then just a short trip to the boat. Nice relaxing private boat ride right to Ambergris Caye, with Rum Punch included. He even provided coffee and delicious breakfast sandwiches when he brought us back to Belize City.

Sam and his wife were awesome! They pick you up at the airport and take you right to your dock on Ambergris Island. They provided drinks and on the way back it was raining so they brought rain jackets for us to wear! Very accommodating and on time! Would 100% do it again. Takes the hassle out of everything!

Samuel was on time and transferred us (even with flight delays) from Belize Intl to a marina and then to a small boat with bimini to our villa on Ambergris Caye. Definitely felt the service outweighed the cost which was equivalent to the flight transfer on Maya or Tropic Air. Our villa had its own dock and was 5 miles north of San Pedro near the Matachica resort. It was a lot better than managing luggage and golf carts across town from the Ambergris Caye airport. Also a beautiful way to travel. We had high winds so it was a bit on the bumpy side for part of the trip both ways. It was an hour and half boat ride to our location north of San Pedro – made even better with rum punch, beers and bottled water. Trip was fine for my 80 plus year old parents as well. I would definitely recommend Samuel and his service.

This is the BEST way to get from Belize City Airport to San Pedro! Captain Sam and his lovely wife picked us up at the airport in a taxi driven by Adrian for the short ride to the boat. The boat is large and comfortable and they provided delicious drinks for all 7 of us as we easily made our way across the big water to our dock in San Pedro. He then picked us up early on our departure date right on time and made all the arrangements for us to get to the airport in good time and also for some of us with later flights to get to spend an hour or so at the Belikin Brewery and then on to the airport.

Sam and Luis were awesome! Made us feel welcome and were very friendly. Also provided drinks and snacks for the ride. Definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved Captain Sam and Luis! We were met at the airport by the driver who took us to the dock. Captain Sam’s boat is very nice and comfortable. They provided snacks and drinks for the journey. Captain Sam and Luis told us all about Belize and things to do on our way and got us safely to our dock. They were on time and made sure we made it back to Belize City with plenty of time to make our return flight. Highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again when we return to Belize!

We had a great experience with Belize Private Express Water Taxi on our recent trip to San Pedro and back to Belize City. Our pickup at the airport and at our hotel for the return was on time and easy. Sam and his wife were very nice and had all sorts of drinks and snacks ready for us to start off our trip. My family especially enjoyed the rum punch on our way to San Pedro. We will definitely be using Sam’s services again when we come back to Belize!

We had a great experience with Belize Private Water Taxi! Picked up at the airport promptly, quick drive to their marina, straight to our dock on Ambergris Caye. The return was just as seamless. Great communication, service and friendliness. I would definitely recommend for your transportation needs!

Sam and his team are top notch. The private water taxi is the way to go. It’s faster. Not congested with people, the staff is amazing. It’s the real VIP treatment. Spend a little extra. You will be glad you did. 5/5 would recommend.

This service was the bomb!! We needed nighttime transportation from San Pedro to Caye Caulker after the ferries had stopped running. Private Express picked us up from the dock after we finished a snorkeling trip and took us right to our condo’s dock on Caulker. We were a little early — so they moved our trip up at the last minute. It was so luxurious to be in a covered boat, listening to music and drinking beer (or water) while getting this amazing service. The price was really good – so it felt like we were experiencing the life of a billionaire on a pauper’s budget. We were flying out the next day or we would have used Private Express for all of the rest of our transportation needs.

Samuel and his wife took our family of 7 to/from the airport directly to the dock of our condo on Ambergris Caye. He was so easy to communicate with throughout the process and was waiting for us with drinks and snacks after we landed in Belize. When it was time to head back to the airport, there was unusually wet and stormy weather in the area. While he said it was safe to travel by boat, he offered to arrange air travel if we preferred. We decided to stay with him and we were THRILLED that we did. He had plenty of raincoats and kept our bags dry. He is a very experienced captain and even though there was A LOT of rain, the ride was smooth and we never felt unsafe. As it turned out, the flights from San Pedro were significantly delayed and many people did not make it in time to the international airport. Ambergris Caye is such a beautiful place and Samuel made it so easy to give us outstanding and dependable door to door/dock service. I highly recommend him!!
